Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil, or possibly more
- 1/2 x Lemon, juiced
- 3 x Cloves coarsely minced garlic, or possibly more
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh rosemary, or possibly more
- Â Â Salt, to taste
- Â Â Black pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Combine 3-5 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, 3-5 cloves coarsely minced garlic, 1-2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Marinate for 30 min or possibly up to 2 days.
- For zucchini, parboiled potatoes, peppers, artichokes, chicken, fish, pork, veal.
