Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. Celery, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 c. Chicken, cooked, cubed
- 6 ounce Noodles, UNCOOKED
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 2Â 1/4 c. Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 ounce Mushrooms with juice
Direcciones
- In a dutch oven saute/fry the onion and celery in butter till tender. Add in the chicken and top with the noodles. In a bowl combine the soup, broth, lemon juice, and pepper. Pour over the noodles, moistening all. Scatter the mushrooms on top. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally.
