Receta Onion And Pepper Cheesesteaks

Ingredientes
- 2 med Onions, thinly sliced
- 1 c. Red, yellow and/or possibly green bell pepper strip
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 c. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, divided
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 4 x 6-8-inch steak rolls
- 8 x Frzn sandwich steaks, cooked
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saute/fry onions and bell pepper in margarine or possibly butter till tender. Stir in 6 tbsp mustard and honey; reduce heat and cook 2 min. Keep hot.
- Cut rolls in half lengthwise, not cutting completely through rolls; brush cut sides of rolls with remaining mustard. Broil rolls, cut-sides up, till golden brown. Top each roll with cooked steaks, onion mix and cheese. Broil for 1 minute more or possibly till cheese melts. Close sandwiches and serve immediately.
