Receta Open Face Pineapple Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 2 slc white or possibly wheat bread
- Â Â Peanut butter
- 3 slc pineapple from a can
- 2 slc American cheese
Direcciones
- Toast bread in the toaster till medium brown. Spread each with peanut butter to your taste and place on a cookie sheet or possibly in a baking pan. Top each with 1 and 1/2 slices of pineapple, that has been liquid removed on a paper towel to remove excess juice. Top each then with a slice of cheese. Place in oven under the broiler just till cheese melts.
- Makes 2 open-face sandwiches.
