Receta Chile Relleno Bake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans whole green chilies
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese, divided
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
Direcciones
- In large skillet, crumble beef and sausage. Cook till brown, add in onion and garlic. Drain off fat. Line 13 x 9 baking dish with 1/2 the chilies, top with 1 1/2 c. cheese. Add in meat, then top with the rest of the chilies; set aside. Beat together Large eggs and flour till smooth. Add in lowfat milk, salt and Tabasco; blend, pour over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till knife comes out clean. Sprinkle 1/2 c. cheese on top. Let stand 5 min. Makes 6 servings.
