Receta Orange Shark Kabobs

Ingredientes
- Â Â Grated peel of 1/2 fresh
- Â Â Orange
- 1/3 c. Fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 c. Corn oil
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp Dry rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 lb Shark or possibly halibut (1" Pcs)
- 1 lb Scallops
- 1 x Orange, unpeeled, cut in 12
- Â Â Wedges
- Â Â Warm cooked brown rice
- Â Â (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine orange peel & juice, oil, onion, rosemary, thyme & salt in shallow dish. Add in fish & scallops, marinate 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Or possibly marinate in tightly sealed bag, turning occasionally. Arrange orange wedges, fish & scallops alternately on 4 skewers. Place on broiler pan; broil 4" from heat 12-14 min, turning & brushing occasionally with remaining marinade. Serve alone or possibly with cooked brown rice.
