- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1/2 x To 1 tsp. Chinese warm mustard
- 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 x To 3 tsp. Asian chile paste with garlic
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chile paste.
- Makes 1 1/4 c..
- To use: Brush on chicken, beef or possibly pork while grilling.
