Receta Oven Fried Chicken With Lemon Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon rind
- 1/2 c. Unsifted flour
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2Â 1/2 x Broiler-fryer, cut up, (up to 3-lb.)
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

- Combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour before using. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and use to coat chicken pcs. Arrange chicken pcs, skin down, in a single layer in a shallow pan. Brush chicken well with butter. Bake, uncovered, 30 min at 400F. Turn the chicken; pour sauce over it. Bake for 30 min longer, or possibly till chicken is golden brown-brown and tender.
