Receta Overnight Stollen Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. margarine or possibly butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 x Large eggs or possibly 1/2 c. frzn egg product, thawed
- 1 x (8-ounce.) container dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. red candied cherries, minced
- 1/2 c. green candied cherries, minced
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- In a medium mixing bowl beat margarine or possibly butter and granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium-high speed till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs or possibly egg product, lowfat sour cream, and vanilla; beat till well combined. Stir together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt. Add in to sugar mix; beat till combined.
- Stir in raisins and 1/3 c. each of the red and green cherries; set remaining cherries aside. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and reserved cherries; sprinkle proportionately over batter. Cover and chill overnight. Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Remove pan from refrigerator. Uncover and bake for 35 to 40 min. Serve hot or possibly cold.
- Makes 12 to 16 servings.
