Receta Pacific Rim Caesar Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. chopped lemongrass

- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (nam pla)

- 2 x garlic cloves peeled
- 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce

- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 lrg romaine lettuce head torn bite size
- Â Â (abt 15 c. loosely packed)
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese - (packed) abt 3 ounce
Direcciones
- Heat heavy small skillet over medium-low heat. Add in sesame seeds and stir till toasted and golden brown, about 3 min. Set aside.
- Combine lime juice and next 7 ingredients in processor; process till well blended. With processor running, add in vegetable oil in slow stream; process till slightly thickened. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place lettuce in large bowl. Add in dressing and 3/4 c. Parmesan; toss to combine. Divide salad among 6 plates; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and toasted sesame seeds.
