  4. Preheat pressure cooker without lid.
  5. Put extra virgin olive oil in pressure cooker and add in chicken pieces. Cook until lightly golden brown. Stir in 1 C arborio rice to coat. Cook about 1 minutes. Add in chopped onion and garlic, stir to mix. Add in mushrooms, Sesame oil (optional), chili sauce and powdered ginger, stir well to mix. Add in the smoked turkey kielbasa and chicken broth, stir to mix. Put lid on pressure cooker. Get to pressure and set timer for 7 minutes once it is at pressure. When done use the quick release for the pressure.
  6. NOTES : This turned out absolutely wonderful!! Very flavorful.
