Receta Pammie' World Famous Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Egg noodles -- uncooked
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 10 ounce Can
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese -- diced in
- 1/4 x " cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Green onions -- minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Cracker peppercorns
- 6 ounce Can
- Â Â Seasoned salt -- to taste
- Â Â Au Gratin Potato Chips for
- Â Â Topping
- Â Â Cream of mushroom soup
- Â Â Tuna in oil -- liquid removed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook the noodles in boiling water till just doen.
- Remove the noodles from the heat and drain. Rinse the liquid removed noodles with cool running water to stop tehm from cooking and sticking together. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat milk and soup in a large bowl. Add in cheese, green onions and seasonings. Stir in cooked pasta and tuna. Bake in a covered casserole dish in a preheated oven at 350 F. for 1/2 hour. Remove the cover and top with potato chips. Return to the oven for anouther 5-7 min. Serve as an entree or possibly side dish.
