Receta Pan Seared Cinnamon Bananas Over Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dark rum
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 x bananas sliced 1/2" rounds
- Â Â Vanilla ice cream for serving
- Â Â Mint sprigs for garnish
Direcciones
- In a large saute/fry pan over medium heat, add in butter and heat. Add in brown sugar and stir till melted.
- Remove pan from heat and add in rum. Return pan to the heat and stir till a light caramel forms. Add in the bananas and toss to coat.
- Serve over vanilla ice cream and garnish with a sprig of mint.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
