Receta Pancakes For Two

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/4 c. Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
- Â Â Optional
Direcciones
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
- Combine buttermilk, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Mix in blueberries if you like. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased warm griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook till second side is golden.
- Yield: About 8 pancakes.
