  1. In mixing bowl, beat together mashed banana and butter till creamy. Add in Large eggs and water. Beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat till smooth. Add in nuts and raisins. Spoon batter proportionately into oiled and floured bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 min. Cold on wire rack 5 min, remove from pan, replace on rack and cold.
  3. Optional Frosting: Blend thoroughly and spread on cold cake. Sprinkle with minced pecans. The frosting contains carob, that is a safe (almost tastes like) chocolate substitute
