Receta Paprika Pork With Peppers

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce Butter
- 4 x Pork loin chops, trimmed
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Pepper
- 1 cl Garlic, crushed
- 1/2 pt Vegetable stock
- 1/4 pt Dry white wine
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 x Red bell pepper, halved,
- Â Â Seeded, sliced
- 7 fl ounce Creme fraiche

- Preparation Time: 0:05
- Heat butter in a largefrying pan and fry chops for 3-4 mins till browned. Season. Add in garlic, stock, wine and paprika. Cover and cook for 20 mins, turning chops once.
- Add in sliced peppers and stir in cream fraiche. Simmer o low heat for 10 mins till chops are cooked.
