Receta Parma Ham And Ricotta Parcels

Ingredientes
- 1 x 125 gram tub ricotta cheese, (4oz)
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 3 x Salad onions, minced
- 4 x Black olives, quartered
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced basil
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 x 70 g, (3oz) packet parma ham
- 2 x Salad onions, cut into thin strips lengthways
Direcciones
- 1. Place the ricotta cheese, garlic, onions, olives, herbs and seasoning in a bowl and beat together.
- 2. Divide this mix into 4 and place at one end of each slice of parma ham.
- 3. Roll up and using a strip of spring onion, tie to create a parcel.
- NOTES : A very easy to assemble starter or possibly main course. Ideal served with a leafy salad and crusty bread.
