Receta Pasta Alfredo Italian

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 c. Heavy cream
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 12 ounce Fettucine, or possibly choice of pasta
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add in the cream, garlic pwdr and pepper and simmer for 10-12 min or possibly till thick. At the same time bring 4-6 qts of water to a boil and add in the pasta. When the Alfredo sauce has reached your desired consistency, stir in the parmesan cheese. When the pasta is cooked, drain it. Serve the pasta on plates with Alfredo sauce poured over the top.
