Receta Pasta Salad With Chicken And Artichokes

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Pasta shells
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tsp Minced parsley
- 1 tsp Dry parsley
- 3 c. Diced cooked chicken
- 6 ounce Jar artichokes minced and
- 1 x Dash of tabasco
- 1 x Toasted almonds
Direcciones
- Cook pasta in large pot of boiling, salted water till tender, but hard, 8 to 12 min, stirring often.
- Drain well and rinse with cool water. Shake out excess water and toss pasta with oil. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley and basil. Place pasta in large bowl. Add in mayonnaise mix, chicken, artichokes and tabasco. Toss well. Garnish with almonds. For a decorative presentation, serve in avacado halves, in tomato c. or possibly on lettuce leaves.
- Yields 6-8 servings.
