Receta Peach 'N Mango Soup

Ingredientes
- 3 x peaches peeled and halved
- Â Â (1 lb)
- 2 x mangos peeled and minced
- Â Â (3 lb)
- 2 c. grape juice white, unsweetened
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Ginger Root grnd
- Â Â Peach Slices for garnish
- Â Â Plain Yogurt nonfat
Direcciones
- In food processor or possibly blender combine peaches, mangoes, grape juice, sugar,
- lemon juice and gingerroot. Process 2-3 minutes. till smooth. Place in lg.
- bowl, cover and refrigerate1 hr. or possibly till ready to serve. Garnish.
- NOTES :NOTE: For smoother texture, strain soup thru sieve set over large bowl; throw away pulp.
