Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 1 x egg
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, cream honey and butter till light and fluffy. Beat in egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Add in flour, salt and baking soda; mix till combined. Drop dough, one Tbsp. at a time, onto well-greased baking sheet. Dip fork into flour and press flat on each cookie to create an "X." Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Remove cookies from sheet and cold on wire rack.
- Makes 2 dozen cookies.
