Receta Peanut Butter Apple Muffins

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 c. Peanut Butter, Chunky Style
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs, Sm
- 3/4 c. Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 1Â 1/4 c. Rolled Oats
- 1/4 c. Wheat Germ, Toasted
- 1/4 c. Skim Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Stir the flour and baking soda together. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and margarine together till fluffy. Add in the sugar and vanilla.
- Beat well. Add in the Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the applesauce and lowfat milk. Add in the flour mix to the peanut butter mix. Stir in the oats and wheat germ. Spoon into muffin tins which have been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till done. Cold in the muffin tin.
