Receta Peanut Butter Cake And Frosting

Ingredientes
- Â Â Cake
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- Â Â FROSTING
- 1 pkt chocolate chips (6 ounces)
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. To 3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1Â 1/4 c. Peanut butter
Direcciones
- In large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. In small bowl mix Large eggs and buttermilk. Bring peanut butter, water, and butter to a rapid boil. Pour boiling mix over dry mix and mix well. Add in buttermilk and egg mix. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cold.
- FOR FROSTING: Heat chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Add in confectioners sugar and peanut butter and beat till smooth. Refrigeratefor about 15 min or possibly till frosting is of spreading consistency.
