Receta Peanut Butter Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 1 x (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut into 8 pcs
- 2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Â Â salt
- 2 c. water
- Â Â minced peanuts
Direcciones
- Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add in chicken and cook till browned and tender (about 25 min).
- Transfer chicken to platter. Pour off all but 2 Tbsp. drippings. Add in onions to same skillet and cook till soft
- (about 5 min). Stir in peanut butter, cayenne pepper and salt. Gradually mix water in. Return chicken to pan. Simmer till sauce thickens slightly. Transfer to serving platter.
- Garnish with minced peanuts. Serve with rice and fried bananas.
- Serves 4 to 6.
