Receta Peanut Butter Pie (Emeril)

Ingredientes
- 1 x 9" baked graham cracker shell
- 8 ounce Cream cheese room temp
- 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Chunky peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Roasted peanuts chop
- 4 c. Heavy cream whip with a little sugar to sweeten
- 1/4 c. Roasted peanuts chop
- Â Â Chocolate shavings
- 1 c. Chocolate sauce in squeeze bottle
- Â Â Powdered sugar in shaker
- Â Â Fresh mint sprigs
Direcciones
- Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth. Add in the peanut butter, lowfat milk and peanuts. Beat the mix till smooth. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter/cheese mix. Set aside the remaining whipped cream in the refrigerator. Spoon the filling into the prepared pie shell. Chill the pie for 1 hour or possibly till the pie is set. Place a piece of the pie in the center of a plate.
- Garnish with pie with whipped cream, minced peanuts, chocolate shavings, chocolate sauce, powdered asugar and mint sprigs.
