Receta Peanut Butter Swirls

Ingredientes
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lg. egg
Direcciones
- In large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer on low speed, beat ingredients till well blended. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon 1/4 dough into large decorating bag with large star tube. Pipe dough into 3-inch long "S" shape cookies about 1 inch apart on ungreased large cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 min. Repeat using the rest of the dough. Cold on cookie sheet on wire rack 5 min. Remove to rack. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
