Receta Pear Millet Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten
- 2 c. unfiltered organic apple juice
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. turbinado sugar
- 1/2 c. raw millet
- 1 Tbsp. grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 2 med pears finely minced
- 3 1/3 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375F. Measure everything and proceed. In a large bowl, mix together the Large eggs, juice, oil and sugar. Stir in the millet, spices and pears. Gently stir in the flour and baking pwdr. Stir just till combined; batter should be fairly thick. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 15-17 min. Let muffins cold slightly, then remove from tins and place on a rack.
