Receta Pecan Brittle

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. White corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Warm water
- 2 x -(up to)
- 2 1/2 c. Broken pecans
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Cook sugar, water & corn syrup in a 10 to 12-inch skillet to soft ball stage, stirring till all sugar is dissolved. Add in pecans. Continue cooking & stirring till golden. Remove from heat & add in soda, vanilla & butter. Pour & spread on buttered cookie sheet. Break into pcs when cold. (The secret to this recipe is not to undercook.)
