Ingredientes
- 2 c. Log Cabin syrup
- 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely minced
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 x homemade pie crust, Or possibly
- 2 x deep dish pie crusts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- Gently boil Log Cabin syrup in an uncovered saucepan for 8 min. Cold 15 min. Sprinkle coarsely minced pecans in unbaked pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie.
- Cream butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add in well-beaten Large eggs, the syrup and vanilla; mix well. Gently pour over nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till browned and puffed. Less time in purchased crust.
