Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. shelled pecans
Direcciones
- Blend together lowfat milk, syrup, Large eggs, butter, salt, sugar and vanilla in blender. Add in nuts; switch blender on and off 3 times or possibly till nuts are coarsely minced. Pour mix into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
