Ingredientes
- 8 ounce fresh or possibly dry fettucini, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. half-and-half (light cream)
- 1/4 tsp each grnd nutmeg and white or possibly black pepper
- 3/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 8 ounce sliced pepperoni
Direcciones
- Cook fettucini; keep hot. Heat butter in large skillet. Stir in half-and-half, nutmeg and pepper. Cook and stir 5 min or possibly till mix thickens slightly. Stir in cheese and cook over low heat just till melted, stirring constantly. Immediately stir in pepperoni and fettucini; toss to coat with sauce.
