Receta Pico de giallo
Searching forever for a good recipe finally found one on a website called 'Natasha's Kitchen'. It is better than at the mexican restaurants, however I changed from white onion to red and turns out it was the perfect substitution because it gave it a very slight sweet taste.
Ingredientes
- 3-4 Roma tomatoes diced
- 1 jalopeno stem and seeds removed & finely diced
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Direcciones
- Combined diced tomatoes, jalopeno,onions cilantro in a bowl add lime juice salt and pepper stir well. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
