Receta Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. green pepper, finely diced
- 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Mix first 5 ingredients and half of nuts till well blended, shape in two equal balls. Roll in remaining nuts. Refrigerate24 hrs. Serve with crackers or possibly toast. Can be frzn. (You can reduce nuts to 3/4 c., putting all into mix and roll balls in parsley - very pretty at Christmas.)
