  1. In large bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar till creamy; beat in Large eggs and almond extract. In another bowl, stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt; gradually add in to butter mix; blending thoroughly. Stir in coconut and pineapple.
  2. Spread mix proportionately in a greased and flour dusted 9" square baking pan. Bake in a 350F oven for 25 to 30 min or possibly till top springs back when lightly touched. Let cold in pan on rack, then cut into bars. Store airtight.
