Receta Pineapple Frozen Dessert

Ingredientes
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. well chilled orange juice
- 1 x egg white
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 ounce unsweetened crushed pineapple, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Reserve 1/3 c. crumb mix; press remaining crumb mix in ungreased 8x8x2-inch baking pan. In mixer bowl, beat dry lowfat milk, orange juice, egg white on high speed 3 min. Add in lemon juice; beat 3 min on high speed. Blend in sugar on low speed about 1/2 minute. Mix in pineapple. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Freeze at least 8 hrs.
