- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise

- Leave cheese at room temperature. Add in mayonnaise. Mix. Add in liquid removed pineapple. Add in lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 c., or possibly slightly less, water. Cold in 2 refrigerator trays and cut in cubes.
