Receta Pineapple Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter or possibly sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Direcciones
- Heat butter and sugar till they cream together. Add in beaten egg and crushed pineapple and mix well. Add in graham cracker crumbs till well blended. Sprinkle bottom of pan with some crumbs and then put in mix and sprinkle on the top with some more crumbs. Chill. Top with whipped cream when served.
