Receta Homestyle Ham Loaf
An old comfort food from childhood. This is a healthy and economical dinner pared with mashed potatoes and green beans and a wonderful sandwich between a couple of slices of whole wheat bread.
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pounds ham.
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs from day old bread
- 1/2 of a green pepper, finely minced
- 1/2 of a large onion, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 8-1/2 oz can crushed pineapple
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9"x 5" x 3" loaf pan with canola oil.
- Coarsely grind ham, including some fat, in processor.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except pineapple. Press into prepared loaf pan. Top with untrained pineapple. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing.
