Receta Pineapple Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. can peaches (drain) or possibly fresh peaches to almost fill pie dish
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits or possibly chunks (liquid removed)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix peaches and pineapple together in pie dish. In medium bowl mix together sugar, butter, flour, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Batter will be thick. Spread over peaches and pineapple. Sprinkle with minced pecans. Bake for 45 min or possibly till top is brown in 350 degree oven.
