Receta Pineapple Raisin Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. (packed) golden sugar
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. undrained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Combine brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in bowl; beat till fluffy. Add in pineapple and raisins. Sift flour with baking pwdr, soda and salt. Add in to pineapple mix; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Yield: 4 dozen.
