Receta Pinto Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 c. pinto beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion, minced
- 1 slice ham, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- 2 tomatoes, minced
- 1 1/2 quarts. cool water
- 2 c. chicken stock
Direcciones
- Soak beans overnight and drain. Place beans in sufficient water to cover by 2 inches. Add in salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer for 1-2 hrs. Drain and set aside.
