Ingredientes
- 4 c. all-purpose flour (4-4 1/4-c.)
- 2 env fast rising yeast
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine 3 c. flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Heat extra virgin olive oil with 1 3/4 c. water to 125-130 degrees. Add in to flour mix and stir well. Gradually add in more flour till dough comes together. Knead dough on a well-floured surface 8-10 min. Cover and let rest 10 min. Punch down and cut into eight pcs. Chill or possibly freeze.
