- 1 lb spicy bulk breakfast sausage
- 1 can clear chicken broth - (14 ounce)
- 1/2 c. long-grain rice
- 1 tsp dry chopped onion
Direcciones
- Brown sausage in skillet till pink color disappears, crumbling with fork. Stir in broth, rice and chopped onion. Simmer gently, covered, 18 to 20 min or possibly till rice is tender and most of broth is absorbed.
