- 2 can Corn, whole kernel
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 env Shake n Bake coating mix for pork
- 4 x Pork chops

- Spoon corn into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add in sugar and dry mustard to bag of seasoned coating mix - then coat pork chops as directed on package. Arrange chops in a single layer on corn. Sprinkle any reamining coating mix over chops. Bake at 425 degrees for about 50 min. Cover with foil.
