Receta Pork And Haggis Patties

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Haggis
- 1 lb Chopped pork
- 1 lrg Onion finely minced
- 1 x Garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Minced flat leaf parsley
- 1 tsp Minced fresh sage
- 1 x Egg
- 1 x Thick slice white bread, crumbled
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Roughly chop the haggis and combine with the pork. Cook the onion, garlic, and sage for 2-3 min till softened. Leave to cold.
- Once cooled, mix with the pork and haggis, add in the egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- The mix can now be shaped into 4 x 6-8oz patties about 1inch thick. The patties can now be cooked by either grilling (perhaps on a barbecue) or possibly pan-frying for 6-7 min on each side till completely cooked through.
- Serve in a burger bun with your favourite relish.
