Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Haggis
  • 1 lb Chopped pork
  • 1 lrg Onion finely minced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tsp Minced fresh sage
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 x Thick slice white bread, crumbled
  •     Salt and freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Roughly chop the haggis and combine with the pork. Cook the onion, garlic, and sage for 2-3 min till softened. Leave to cold.
  2. Once cooled, mix with the pork and haggis, add in the egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. The mix can now be shaped into 4 x 6-8oz patties about 1inch thick. The patties can now be cooked by either grilling (perhaps on a barbecue) or possibly pan-frying for 6-7 min on each side till completely cooked through.
  4. Serve in a burger bun with your favourite relish.
