Receta Pork Chop And Scalloped Potatoes

- Pork chops
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 4 med. potatoes, pared and sliced thin
- Parsley
Direcciones
- Brown pork chops in oil. Remove from heat. Heat butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Add in lowfat milk and broth slowly. Cook stirring constantly till sauce thickens.
- Butter a 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish and arrange potatoes. Pour sauce over potatoes. Place pork chops on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
