Receta Pork Roast With Tangy Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr, divided
- 4 pound boneless pork loin
- 1 c. apple jelly
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
Direcciones
- Combine salt, garlic salt and 1/2 tsp. chili pwdr; rub on roast. Place fat side up in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 2 hrs till pork reaches 170 degrees on meat thermometer. Combine jelly, catsup, 1/2 tsp. chili pwdr and vinegar. Bring to a boil; simmer 2 min, uncovered; set aside. Brush with sauce 15 min before roast is done. Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat.
