Receta Pork Sausage Hot Dish

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2-2 pound bulk pork sausage
- 3 c. plain croutons (or possibly 8 slices toasted bread, cubed)
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)
- 2 c. or possibly less American cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Spray 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer croutons or possibly bread. Browned sausage and cheese. Beat 4 Large eggs, lowfat milk 2 1/2 c. and mustard. Pour over above. Chill overnight. Next day beat soup and lowfat milk (1/2 c.). Pour over top. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at 300 degrees.
