- 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 2 c. sugar
- Healthy pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 5 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 large eggs
- Flour to roll

- Mash the potatoes while hot, add in the other ingredients, using only sufficient flour to keep as soft as can be rolled. These doughnuts don't absorb fat.
