Receta potato salad
NOTE: I concocted this from about 4 different recipes and my family said it was the best I had ever made.
Ingredientes
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 2 celery stalks chopped thin and diced
- 3 tbsp dill relish
- 3 tbsp sweet relish
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup kraft mayo with olive oil
- 3 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic minced or 1 tbsp garlic powder
Direcciones
- Peel and dice potatoes
- cook on medium heat until tender
- drain potatoes
- In a large bowl combine all except Paprika
- Mix Well
- Sprinkle Paprika on top
- Chill 30 mins to 1 hour before serving
